We offer 2 Cube skips from R950, within a 20km radius, thereafter the rate may change slightly. 

*R950 - Clean rubble / garage / house clean / mixed load

We deliver, you fill it, and once you are done, we will collect it. You have 3 days to fill the skip, but if you filled it earlier, give us a call and we will collect it.

 Guidelines

• Clean Builders Rubble – consists of sand, bricks, stone, concrete, plaster.
• Light Mixed – consists of wood, plastic, paper (Dumping Fees Apply if more than 10%).
• Heavy Mixed – consists of wood, plastic, paper, ceilings, branches, household waste & builder’s rubble combined (Dumping Fees Apply).
• Please avoid heavy mixed loads, an additional fee per ton will be charged -if building rubble is mixed with general mixed waste, it will be regarded as General waste and therefore a secondary invoiced will be raised. R175 per quarter tone.
• General Waste will be charged at R175 per quarter tone or R700 per Ton.
• Tariffs are based on actual mass measured by the weighbridge at the facility.
• Monthly rental/service will be paid upfront. Secondary invoice will be sent Monthly and due on presentation as per weighbridge mass/coupon.
• At no stage will the skip bin be shifted or moved to another location unless done by Swift Skips.
• No bin will be collected or swopped out until invoice has been paid.
• Quotation valid for 7 days
• Whether you are loading rubble, garden waste or GW it may not exceed the sides of the bin.
• No hazardous waste to be disposed into bins
• Owner to ensure there is space for the skip.
• Swift will not be liable for any damages to personnel or equipment while offloading or collecting including while on site.
• Notes / Terms
• Clean Builders Rubble definition: Waste, excluding hazardous waste, generated during the construction, alteration, repair or demolition of any structure either man-made or natural. This includes rubble consisting of concrete chunks, broken bricks, sand, stone, cement, plaster and similar inert materials, but excluding paper, plastic, asbestos cement waste, wood, glass and metal. If builders rubble is contaminated then it will be regarded as mixed general waste and may incur extra landfill charges for general waste of R175 per quarter ton or part thereof
